All the way...

'All the way with LBJ' had been coined earlier by Australian Prime Minister Harold Holt in Darwin, Australia during the visit of United States President Lyndon Baynes Johnson. At this point Johnson had escalated American involvement in the Vietnam War to 555,000 soldiers and there was dissent in his Democrat party at home and concern abroad for the direction taken. This all changed as Senator Robert Kennedy took up the challenge to run for President.
