Not listening!

Daylight saving began on 27th October, 1974. It was on trial in Western Australia while Eastern States, except Queensland, had accepted it. The trial in Queensland was rejected after the 1971/72 season. Many arguments including the saving of energy and increase in productivity were put forward in support of the continuance of daylight saving.
