The Neutron Bomb.

Australian people, especially Australian Returned Servicemen, traditionally attend the Dawn Service on ANZAC DAY to remember the dead and pay respect to war veterans.

The neutron bomb was designed to kill enemy military forces without destroying a country's infrastructure. On April 7th, 1978 US President Jimmy Carter put the making of the bomb on the backburner while leaving the way open for future production.
