With the month beginning with the assassination of a Turkish diplomat in Greece, 3 bombings in Rhodes, hijackings in Chechnya, a suicide bombing on a commuter plane in Panama and a bomb which destroyed a Jewish cultural center in Buenos Aires on 18th July, killing nearly 100 persons and wounding more than 200 others, July 1994 was not shaping up to be a good month. Unfortunately the trouble continued...
