A new order.

A hostage crisis in a Russian school ends badly resulting in the deaths of over 300 people, many of them children. Evidence from a number of hostages indicated that one many bombs set up by the terrorists holding the school may have gone off accidently at which point the terrorists opened fire and Russian soldiers were forced to attack. The terrorists claimed to be Chechen militants.
