Australians vow to rebuild and rally help for the survivors as the worst fires in Victoria's history have ravaged the land, killing at least 173 people, destroying more than 1,800 homes and 450,000 hectares of land. The State Government has announced a Royal Commission to investigate what happened and what can be done to prevent future fires.
